• Shaavi Prints is a proprietorship business based in Malleshwaram, Bangalore, offering custom printing services on T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, gifts, and other merchandise.

• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

2. Products & Customization

• All products are custom-made based on the design and details provided by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the artwork, text, or image submitted for printing does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

• Shaavi Prints reserves the right to reject any order containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

3. Orders & Payments

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

• Prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.

• We accept payments via secure online methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and size of the order.

• Shaavi Prints is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Since all products are customized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

• In case of a defective product, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the defect.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as they go into immediate production.

• If cancellation is requested before printing has started, a partial refund may be considered at Shaavi Prints’ discretion.

7. Privacy & Data

• Customer details provided during order placement are kept secure and used only for processing the order and communication.

• We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.

8. Liability

• Shaavi Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
